This is a full-time hybrid role for a Transaction Coordinator / Office Manager at Hughes Residential. The role is located in Greenville, SC, with the possibility of some work from home. The Transaction Coordinator / Office Manager will be responsible for transaction coordination, management, escrow tasks, communication, marketing, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Transaction Coordination and Transaction Management skills
- Experience in Escrow tasks
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Previous experience in a real estate role is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
