Stacker- 1 st Shift : Beloit, Wisconsin

Our customer in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Stackers to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Stacker, you will be responsible for efficiently stacking finished tubing onto pallets, ensuring proper organization and alignment, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace while meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Stacker :

Operate machines to roll paper into tubes, apply adhesive, and cut the tubing to the required size.
Ensure that machinery is set up properly for efficient production.
Package and stack the finished tubing on pallets in an organized manner.
Maintain a fast-paced work pace to meet production goals and deadlines.
Monitor machine performance, making adjustments when necessary to maintain quality and prevent downtime.
Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
Keep the warehouse area clean and organized, following safety guidelines.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any issues as they arise.
Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking materials as needed.
Perform regular machine maintenance and cleaning as directed.

Stacker Requirements and Qualifications :

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred, but not required (training may be provided).

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Ability to lift and move products (up to 50 lbs or more) and stack pallets.

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Basic math skills for measuring and cutting tubing to size.

Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Safety-conscious and able to follow safety protocols in a warehouse setting.

Pay for Stacker : $17-18 / hour.

Type : 1st Shift, Full-time

Schedule : Monday - Friday from 5 : 30am - 2 : 00pm with possible OT on Saturday 6am-2pm.
