Apprentice Plumber : 1st Shift – Lake Geneva, WI

Our customer in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is looking for a motivated Apprentice Plumber to join their growing team. This full-time, 1st shift position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in plumbing while receiving on-the-job training and a supportive work environment.

Job Overview : As an Apprentice Plumber, you will assist experienced plumbers in performing installation, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems at both commercial and residential sites. This position offers the opportunity to learn the trade while contributing to high-quality plumbing services.

Job Duties :

Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites.
Assist with the installation of plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances.
Perform repairs on plumbing systems, identifying issues, and implementing fixes as needed.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while on job sites.
Maintain cleanliness of the job site and tools.
Assist in troubleshooting plumbing issues and providing solutions under the supervision of a licensed plumber.
Complete necessary documentation and reports related to plumbing jobs.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standards.

Job Requirements :

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Must own basic plumbing tools or have the ability to purchase them (up to $5000 within 3 months of hire).

Previous plumbing experience is preferred but not required – willing to train the right candidate.

Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly in a hands-on environment.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule :

Shift : 1st Shift

Hours : 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., Monday to Friday

Compensation :

Pay Rate : $16 to $20 per hour, based on experience.
