Our customer in Sterling, Illinois is a high-tech recycling facility dedicated to sustainability and innovation. They are seeking a motivated individual to join their growing team as a General Laborer to assist in material sorting and processing operations.
Responsibilities of the General Laborer:
Material Sorting:
- Manually sort aluminum and copper pieces.
- Ensure proper separation of materials to meet quality standards.
Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Team Collaboration:
- Work alongside team members to meet daily production goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
General Laborer Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must always wear steel-toe shoes/boots while on-site.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Pay for General Laborer: Starting at $15 / hour.
