Industrial Maintenance Technician : Monticello, WI
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our client’s team. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe working environment, maintaining and improving equipment efficiency, and supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot, repair, and identify root causes of machine deficiencies.
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, including primary and control circuits.
- Assist in new equipment installation and setup.
- Monitor machinery during production and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain machinery per specifications and provide operational insights.
- Work closely with fellow technicians and production teams to enhance efficiency.
- Offer alternative solutions and improvements to enhance equipment performance.
- Ensure a food-safe production environment by adhering to GMPs, HACCP plans, and SQF Level 3 compliance.

Pay : $30.00 - $35.00 / hour (depending on experience and expertise)
Type : 1st Shift, Full-time, Onsite
Schedule : Monday – Friday 7 : 00 a.m. – 4 : 30 p.m.
