Lathe Operator : Rockford , IL
Our customer in Rockford, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Lathe Operators to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for the set up and operation of CNC lathes to produce parts with high precision, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities of the Lathe Operator :
- Monitor machine performance to ensure proper operation and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect and measure finished parts using precision tools and gauges to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to correct any deviations in product quality.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to machine operation and maintenance.
Lathe Operator Requirements and Qualifications :
Pay for Lathe Operator : Starting at $16-$22 / hour.
Lathe Operator Benefits :
Type : 1st Shift, Full-time
Schedule : Monday - Friday from 6am - 3 : 30pm.
