Milk Intake Operator : Dakota, IL

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the operation, managing milk intake, ensuring food safety, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep things running smoothly. From operating machinery and troubleshooting to maintaining top-notch cleanliness and safety standards, you’ll play a vital role in our production process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Interpret production schedules and product volumes for customers
- Follow and utilize Milk Receiving SOPs effectively
- Coordinate with milk vendors for timely deliveries
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Inventory, and Procurement teams
- Assist in condiment preparation as needed
- Operate Ross ERP system and manage basic computer tasks
- Troubleshoot milk room machinery
- Handle and store ingredients properly
- Record quality testing and results accurately
- Perform preventive maintenance as assigned
- Operate pallet jacks (powered and non-powered)
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Conduct housekeeping and sanitation tasks to ensure a clean, safe environment
Skills & Experience :
What W e Offer :
Pay : $20.00 - $22.00 / hour, pay is dependent on experience, weekly OT (time and a half pay)
Type : Full-time, 1st Shift, Onsite
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 4 : 00 a.m. – 2 : 00 p.m.
