Packaging Associate : 2 nd Shift- Juda, Wisconsin
Our customer in Juda, Wisconsin is a family-owned food production enterprise seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team. As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for packaging and inspecting food, as well as sanitizing the working area to ensure products are meeting top quality standards.
Responsibilities of the Packaging Associate :
- Performing basic operations of assigned packaging equipment machine(s) and related computer systems.
- Ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.
- Completing repetitive tasks usually involving one product line.
- Monitoring production to ensure continuous flow, watching for inconsistencies, and preventing issues.
- Setting up, calibrating, and performing minor maintenance to the packaging equipment.
- Entering data for required paperwork, logs, and computer systems for inventory accuracy and legal compliance.
- Operating, inspecting, and maintaining forklifts.
- Sanitizing equipment and work area.
- Following safety policies and procedures.
- Helping with other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Packaging Associate Requirements and Qualifications :
Pay for Packaging Associate : Starting at $18.30 shift differentials
Packaging Associate Benefits :
Type : 2nd Shift, Full-time
Schedule : Rotating schedule from 5pm – 5am or 6pm – 6am. (2 on, 2 off, 3 on).
