Our customer in Harmon, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team and who can contribute to the overall success of the company. We’re actively recruiting candidates to fill a full-time Technical Support Specialist position.
Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist :
- Answer incoming calls.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting products.
- Ability to interpret and read electrical schematics.
- Enter order data in the computer.
- Receive on the job training.
Technical Support Specialist Requirements and Qualifications :
Pay for Technical Support Specialist : Starting at $16-$18 / hour.
Technical Support Specialist Benefits :
Type : 1st Shift, Full-time
Schedule : Monday - Friday from 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm.
