Summary of Job:

We have an immediate opening for the right candidate to take on the responsibility of Finishing Stain Technician specializing in sanding/painting/staining of wood materials to work in our Orlando warehouse.

This is how you will stand-out:

-Experience working in a warehouse (preferred, not required)

-Experience staining and painting of wood (preferred, not required)

-Longevity in previous jobs

Qualifications:

• Experience in working in a warehouse a plus
• Experience staining and painting a plus
• Must be detailed oriented and able to stock inventory
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Positive attitude
• Great Work ethic
• Independent multitasker with a team player attitude
• Honesty
• Forklift certification a plus but not required
• Box truck driving experience a huge plus but not required
• Be able to pass a background check
• The ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and carry at least 75 pounds personally, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., moving equipment, backing alarms, or other alarms, instructions/directions from supervisor and/or other warehouse technicians.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, lift, and crouch as required to perform key duties.
• Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively with manager and fellow employees.
• Responsible for notifying supervisor if equipment needs to be repaired.
• Shifts may vary according to project demands but not to exceed 40 hours.
• Maintain constant alertness to the multiple concurrent activities of the warehouse, the operation of stationary equipment, and the movement of mobile equipment.
• Employee regularly works near heavy equipment and moving forklift.
