What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Staff Support Full Time position at Hughston Clinic?
Position Goal
To accurately record patient health history and provide clinical/office support as needed
Position Responsibilities:
- Accurately collects and enter patient health history
- Take vitals upon check in
- Escort patients to triage area
- Serves as back-up (office/clinical area) as directed.
- Travel to satellite offices to provide clinic coverage when needed
- Cross Train with office staff as directed; assists office operations as directed by supervisor.
Experience: One year previous medical relevant experience required. Manual and electronic blood pressure experience preferred.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Special Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be able to work independently and have working knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
- Knowledge of health care field a plus.
- Must maintain BLS certification.
- Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
