Salary Range: $18.00 to $20.00/hr (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:
• Cake Decoration:
Decorate cakes according to customer preferences, themes, and specifications.
Use various tools and techniques to apply icing, fondant, and other decorative elements.
Create aesthetically pleasing designs, including but not limited to flowers, figures, and intricate patterns.
• Customer Interaction:
Interact with customers to understand their cake decoration requirements and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with the final product.
Offer creative suggestions and solutions based on customer needs.
• Adherence to Quality Standards:
Maintain high standards of quality in cake decoration, ensuring that all products meet the company's guidelines.
Follow food safety and hygiene practices to guarantee the safety and well-being of customers.
• Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory of decorating supplies and ingredients.
Communicate with the management team to ensure that necessary supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
• Training and Development:
Participate in training sessions to enhance cake decorating skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and styles in cake decoration.
• Cleanliness and Organization:
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning decorating tools and equipment.
Follow established sanitation and cleanliness protocols to meet health and safety standards.
• Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other team members, including bakers and sales staff, to ensure seamless coordination in fulfilling customer orders.
• Qualifications:
No Prior Experience Required: Willing to train candidates with a passion for cake decoration.
