Hugo’s Family Marketplace has immediate opportunities for Full Time Warehouse Associates at our East Grand Forks location.

As a Warehouse Associate at our grocery store, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the warehouse operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Opportunities to grow and advance within the company. Starting at $17.00 (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments of groceries, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Stocking and organizing inventory in designated storage areas, following proper rotation procedures to maintain freshness.
• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently, according to customer specifications and delivery schedules.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assisting with inventory counts and audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals and meet customer demands.
• Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance and consistency in warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and perform physical tasks repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurately counting and recording inventory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Certification or willingness to obtain certification for operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
