Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by cleaning countertops, floors, and equipment as needed
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff
- Help with bussing tables and ensuring dining areas are clean and tidy
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
Skills
- Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
