What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Appliance Repair Specialist position at Hugo's TV and Appliance Repair?
Responsibilities-
- Going to the customers home to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair appliances.
- Writing a report of what the unit needs, along with parts needed and an estimate of the cost for the office to record and submit.
- Collecting a deposit from the customer that would like to complete a repair, and then collecting the rest when the job is completed.
- Picking up parts at the warehouse and bringing them to the shop.
- The Same process will be followed for the appliances needed to be repaired in the shop.
- Submitting all the paperwork to the office.
Skills-
- Flexibility.
- Experience in appliance repairs.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair units.
- Seal System Certified (Preferred but not necessary)
- Quality customer service is a must by phone and in person.
Qualifications-
- High School Diploma or GED Certification
- Valid New Mexico Drivers License
- Experience in electrical repairing
- Experience installing appliances
Schedule-
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Saturday - 9:00am to 2:00pm
- Flexibility is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
