Evening Bartender – Now Hiring at Hugo’s!
Hugo’s is looking for an experienced evening bartender to join our team! If you’re passionate about crafting exceptional cocktails, delivering top-notch service, and creating a welcoming bar atmosphere, we want to hear from you.
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, evenings
Location: Hugo’s, Des Moines
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, and wine with precision and consistency
- Provide friendly and engaging service to guests at the bar and dining room
- Recommend drink pairings and educate guests on our beverage menu
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Process orders and payments accurately through the POS system
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bartending experience required, preferably in a high-volume or craft cocktail setting
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 21 and able to obtain necessary alcohol service certifications
