Our hosts greet incoming Guests, thank departing Guests, provide accurate wait times, seat Guests in a friendly manner and work in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Status: Part-Time

Shifts: AM & PM

Responsibilities:

• Accommodate any special needs or requests of guests
• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single Guest feel welcome upon arrival
• Receive incoming phone calls with a professional, knowledgeable and friendly approach
• Engage in friendly conversation as you seat Guests in a timely fashion
• Ensure that every Guest has a menu and any other important information
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and preparing tables for incoming Guests as necessary
• Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set Guest expectations
• Open door for Guests arriving and departing
• Sincerely thank Guests as they leave and invite them to return

Requirements:

• Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude and be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment, work effectively within a team, and be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintains strong personal image and uniform standards
