• Sets up and adjusts equipment on packaging line.
• Loads pre-printed labels and adjusts for proper alignment.
• Prepares a variety of packaging materials, i.e., bundles, bags, boxes, shrink wrap, etc. according to product packaging specifications.
• Constructs and assembles boxes and stages them for use.
• Loads and maintains wrapper and shrink tunnel.
• Loads and maintains carton (box) sealer.
• Pulls finished goods pallets, wraps, and places into finished goods storage with forklift.
• Troubleshoots and maintains wrapping equipment including box tapers and robot palletizers.
• Tags pallets and posts production data via Transition Works.
• Keeps workstation, tables, and work area clean and free of tripping hazards
• Works safely and follow all GMP and PPE rules and regulations
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• High School diploma or GED required
• Experience in an industrial assembly line type environment or related type work preferred.
• Preferred forklift training and certification
• Backup Autoline Technician experience preferred.
• Experience with Transition Works preferred.
• Knowledge of printed finished goods a plus.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate with strong reading and writing comprehension.
• Ability to follow directions.
