Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to sell our company's products to new clients and designated Corporate and Buying Groups. This role involves visiting clients, evaluating their needs, increasing brand awareness, and recommending suitable products. The successful candidate will ensure the effective execution of marketing and sales strategies, respond to inquiries, negotiate deals, and finalize sales orders.
In this role, you will manage and grow business with existing and prospective Corporate Accounts and Buying Groups to maximize revenue and profitability. This includes building long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as marketing, QA, R&D, and Senior Management to enhance product and company visibility. Internally, you will collaborate with management, supply chain, and support functions to secure the necessary support for business growth and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Expansion: Increase business with existing and new customers through presentations, personal visits, trade conferences, and other engagement opportunities.
- Territory Management: Develop and execute a territory management plan to meet sales and profitability targets for designated accounts.
- Margin Improvement: Enhance margins at existing accounts through design changes, product mix optimization, price adjustments, cost-reduction projects, packaging enhancements, and alignment with divisional assets.
- Internal Collaboration: Utilize internal systems for pricing, product development, forecasting, and account management. Work with departments such as customer service, S&OP, pricing, marketing, accounts receivable, credit, graphics, quality control, and manufacturing to support business growth and service.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of industry sales experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internal systems (e.g., Blacksmith, BPCS).
- Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of business financial management and analysis.
- Project Management: Project management skills are advantageous.
- Motivation and Goal Achievement: Self-driven with the ability to meet sales targets within set timelines. Capable of effectively communicating company capabilities across various media.
