Job Summary: We are seeking a World Class Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide leadership and expertise in the Huhtamaki World Class Operations process within the organization. You will conduct improvement projects within business groups, plants, business units, or Corporate functions, identifying opportunities through LEAN and Six Sigma techniques while focusing on People-Process-Data to obtain measurable and sustainable results.
Responsibilities: Develop partnerships with operations management to identify opportunities; define the scope and financial justification of projects; report project status and results; document all project activities, financial benefits, and approvals; and support Continuous Improvement team members, Green Belts, and line Management in their World Class Operations activities.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree with an advanced degree preferred; minimum of 3 years industrial experience, including 1-year experience leading teams; demonstrated knowledge of successful use of Six Sigma tools and methodology; experience with OSIsoft PI Platforms, Minitab, Python or Visual Basic/Applications (VBA); and strong communication skills at all levels in the organization.
