Manufacturing Operations Role
This Production Operator role involves working in a manufacturing environment where you will be responsible for:
- Inspecting and packing components and completed products into shipping cases or onto pallets.
- Loading components and completed products onto pallets or into shipping cases.
- Erecting cartons and making pallet labels.
About the Team
You will work closely with Machine Operators, Maintenance, Lead Operator or Supervisor/Manager to resolve any safety/quality/production/maintenance issues that arise. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with Machine Operators, Maintenance, Lead Operator or Supervisor/Manager regarding safety/quality/production/maintenance issues.
- Perform all other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform and handle different job duties.
- Hands-on experience with computer programs/software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred.
- Ability to actively and effectively talk to and communicate with others.
