Role Overview: As a World Class Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence within Huhtamaki. You will lead improvement projects, develop partnerships, and contribute to the company's ambitious 2030 Strategy. Key Accountabilities: Provide leadership and expertise in the Huhtamaki World Class Operations process; conduct improvement projects within business groups, plants, business units, or Corporate functions; develop partnerships with operations management to identify opportunities; define the scope and financial justification of projects; and report project status and results.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree with an advanced degree preferred; minimum of 3 years industrial experience, including 1-year experience leading teams; demonstrated knowledge of successful use of Six Sigma tools and methodology; experience with OSIsoft PI Platforms, Minitab, Python or Visual Basic/Applications (VBA); and strong communication skills at all levels in the organization.
