Summary:
Pono Aina is currently seeking a Fusion Intelligence Analyst. As a Fusion Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and fusing multi-source intelligence to produce actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making. You will work in collaboration with interagency partners, law enforcement, and security organizations to identify threats, assess risks, and provide timely intelligence products. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize information from diverse sources including open-source intelligence (OSINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), human intelligence (HUMINT), and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT). The ideal candidate is proactive, mission-focused, and capable of operating in high-pressure environments.
- Travel may be required inside of the U.S. (CONUS) as well as internationally (OCONUS).
Technical Knowledge Skills & Experience Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in participating in all-source operational environments, mission management, or collection management as a trained Army 35F or branch equivalent
- Experience with intelligence writing and ICD 203 analytic trade craftt standards
- Experience with INDOPACOM intelligence problem sets, especially working with East Asian nations order of battle and ground domain awareness
- Ability to provide shift work support
- HS diploma or GED and 11 years of total work experience, Associate?s Degree and 9 years of total work experience, or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of total work experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience at a Combatant Command or Service Center
- Experience working in or coordinating with operational intelligence centers
- Experience with Ground Domain Multi-INT Fusion products in support of pattern-of-life analysis, identify intelligence gaps, and/or targeting
- Experience with intelligence software, such as Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, or other relevant tools
- Experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT, and associated data and tools
- Possession of excellent organizational skills, including updating tracking mechanisms, compiling analytic reports, and responding to tasks
- Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) Certification
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Requires the ability to walk short distances.
- Exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
