Summary:
Pona Aina Management is seeking a skilled Signals Intelligence Geospacial Analyst to collect, process, and interpret signals intelligence (SIGINT) data in combination with geospatial information to support mission planning and intelligence operations at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have experience with RF signals, geospatial analysis tools, and data fusion techniques to identify, track, and assess potential threats.
As a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Geospatial Analyst (SGA), you use your specialized technical, regional, and functional experience and attention to detail to find and interpret the best data to develop reports, intelligence products, and analytic assessments and give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. This position requires 3 years of SGA experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Travel may be required inside of the U.S. (CONUS) as well as internationally (OCONUS).
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with SIGINT Geospatial Analysis.
- Experience collaborating in multi-skilled team environments.
- Experience with DoD intelligence tools, methodologies, regulations, and policies.
- Ability to synchronize tactical and strategic intelligence into products.
- Ability to collaborate, communicate with vast audiences, and innovate to solve problems.
- Ability to provide shift work support.
- TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of SGA experience, or Associate’s degree and 7 years of SGA experience, HS diploma/GED and 9 years of SGA experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Experience in Cyber, Air, Naval, or Space domains.
- Knowledge of multiple intelligence disciplines, including, HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, and OSINT.
- Ability to leverage existing applications or methods to provide input to the development of new applications or workflows that improve products or methods.
- Knowledge of SIGINT analysis operations, tasking, reporting, and procedures.
- Completion of Credentialing Service Schools (Army MOS 35N, AFSC 1N4, etc.).
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Requires the ability to walk short distances.
- Exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
