This role offers the unique opportunity to drive client projects from initial consultation to final installation, working closely with our skilled design and build teams. Responsibilities
Sales and Client Engagement
- Engage clients during consultations to understand their specific needs for several types of custom awnings and aluminum pergolas.
- Communicate the unique value of Huish’s products to close sales, while fostering positive client relationships.
- Educate clients on the design, build, and installation process, setting realistic expectations and ensuring satisfaction at each stage
Project Management
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring all stages from sale to final installation align with timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain and track project schedules, providing clients with updates and managing adjustments as needed
Client Support and Follow-up
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular updates and resolve issues swiftly, supporting a seamless project experience.
- Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and explore future opportunities or referrals
Administrative and Reporting Tasks
- Document all sales, client communications, and project details accurately in client sales orders.
- Monitor and report on project timelines, client feedback, and sales metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Update and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to improve client experience and project work flow efficiency.

Experience
- 5 years construction experience
- 3 years of sales and/or project management
- Proven experience in sales management or project management roles, preferably within a related industry.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to meeting client needs.
- Proficient in using project management tools and CRM software to track progress and manage client interactions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to visualize products that will work at a customers home
