Job Description:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies (digital & offline) to drive brand growth.
- Oversee Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and SEO to maximize lead generation.
- Lead social media strategy to enhance engagement and brand authority.
Omnichannel Campaign Management:
- Direct online marketing efforts, including PPC, SEO, and analytics-driven optimizations.
- Spearhead offline initiatives (trade shows, industry partnerships, PR placements) to expand market reach.
Brand & Content Strategy:
- Revamp marketing materials (product portfolios, company profiles, US subsidiary messaging) to align with brand positioning.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all customer/internal touchpoints.
Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking:
- Analyze customer insights and market trends to refine marketing approaches.
- Evaluate campaign ROI, adjust strategies, and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
Budget & Team Coordination:
- Established marketing budget guidelines and allocated resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, fostering key partnerships.
