As a Part-time Key Holder at Huk Gear, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our store while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the management team to oversee daily functions, assist in store maintenance, and support sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in opening and closing the store according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed effectively.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Help train new employees and ensure a high standard of customer service practices among team members.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock counts and restocking shelves as needed.
- Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving sales targets.
