Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in opening and closing the store according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed effectively.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Help train new employees and ensure a high standard of customer service practices among team members.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock counts and restocking shelves as needed.
- Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving sales targets.
