POSITION OVERVIEW : Salary $55000 per year to $65000 per year
Property Enhancement Technician (PETECH) will perform a variety of routine and complex enhancement tasks and projects for various companies and related properties. The PETECH will work with maintenance service companies, contractors, vendors, handymen, landlords and property management companies. The PETECH will ensure the quality and timeliness of work performed on all assigned enhancement, construction, repair and maintained projects. This position reports to the Construction and Facilities director.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform build, repair, enhancement, and maintenance work as assigned.
- Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
- Interface with internal clients to ensure assigned work is performed as planned
- Review and understand project layouts, plans, scope, and deadlines
- Ensure scope of work & safety guidelines are being adhered to
- Manage time and personal schedule for best cost and resource utilization
- Continually update and communicate all project date changes
- Contract or oversee craft work
- Providing guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems-, or process-related topics.
- Accept additional responsibilities related to property enhancement and / or other projects as needed
