Pest Control Service Technician
We are searching for a Pest Control Service Technician - Floater who can efficiently complete their route each month and is interested in expanding their route through new customer sales. If you are not familiar with the pest control industry, that’s okay! We offer extensive paid training and we provide you with the tools you’ll need to be successful in this position. In this role, you will communicate with customers, office support staff and management to provide optimum customer service. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, team players, detail oriented, and good problem solvers. A valid Driver’s License is required.
What would I be doing?
Each month you will be responsible for servicing our customers on your assigned route. Additionally, you’ll be required to make a continued effort to expand your route by upgrading your current customers or making new sales. A typical day would include going to customer’s homes or commercial locations to complete pest control services. You would be responsible for product knowledge (confidently read labels) and following all safety procedures (utilize PPE), completing required documentation and good daily communication with office staff, collection of payments at time of service if applicable, and accurate recording of daily time worked.
