The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently and safely transport materials, stock shelves, and ensure smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a reach truck to move, lift, and place materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Load and unload materials from racks and storage areas while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock placement.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions.
• Assist in general warehouse duties, including packing, sorting, and organizing shipments.
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Required: Valid reach truck certification/license.
• Experience: Minimum of [Insert Required Experience] year(s) operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
