Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable OSHA 500 Certified Safety Manager to oversee our organization's safety programs and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs in accordance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for workplace incidents, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training development for employees on occupational health, first aid, and emergency response procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to workers' compensation laws and regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) matters within the organization.
- Stay updated on EPA regulations and industry best practices to enhance workplace safety.
