Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to oversee weekend warehouse operations as an independent contractor (W9). This role requires strong logistics experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computer systems. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, and being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Weekend Operations – Oversee all warehouse functions, including inventory, shipping, receiving, and staffing.
- Supervise & Lead – Direct warehouse personnel, assign tasks, and ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Inventory Control – Maintain accurate inventory records, perform audits, and manage stock levels.
- Shipping & Receiving – Ensure proper handling of incoming and outgoing shipments while verifying accuracy.
- Safety & Compliance – Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure all procedures comply with regulations.
- Problem-Solving – Quickly resolve operational challenges, including staff issues, delayed shipments, or inventory discrepancies.
- Communication – Maintain professional communication with warehouse personnel, management, and logistics partners.
- Technology & Reporting – Use warehouse management systems, spreadsheets, and email for tracking and documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in warehouse supervision, logistics, or a related field.
- Language: Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in warehouse management software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and logistics platforms.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- This is a W9 Independent Contractor Role (No benefits, taxes are not withheld).
- Responsible for own transportation to and from the job site.
