What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Body Estimator position at Hull's Auto Body & Marine?
Responsibilities:
· Assess collision and body damage on vehicles and accurately estimate repair costs through CCC Estimating System
· Communicate with customers regarding repair costs and timeline
· Confirm repair procedures with technicians before repairs are started
· Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
· Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation
· Ability to also do body repair a huge bonus
Requirements:
· 3-5 years experience preferred
· Knowledge of CCC One Estimating System
· Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures
· Strong organizational and computer skills
· Effectively communicate with customers and Insurance Companies
· Valid Driver’s License
