Hull's Environmental Services is looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator with job billing experience and excellent customer service skills. This position requires the Administrator to work in the office.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer, vendor, and employee inquiries
- Gather supporting documentation to produce accurate and on-time billing
- Generate customer invoices
- Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure invoices have been received and are being processed for payment, resolve billing questions with customers as necessary
- Ensure all employee's hours are accurately coded to jobs and submit the payroll when due
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to Manager and Corporate Accounting department
- Maintain office supplies inventory, open and distribute incoming mail, ensure outgoing mail is packaged and sent, and arrange for maintenance of office equipment as necessary
- Manage new hire paperwork, drug screens, and physicals; ensure new employee completes new hire forms and they are sent to Corporate office for processing
- Support Administrator's in other Hull's offices as needed
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School diploma required; Associates degree in accounting or business administration preferred
- 3 years administrative and/or office management experience is essential
- Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized and able to make efficient use of time
- Valid drivers' license required with a clean driving record preferred
