Responsible for ensuring the hotel's housekeeping department runs smoothly and meets cleanliness standards. Their duties include:

Managing the housekeeping team
Assisting the Executive Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping department, including the laundry and public areas

Maintaining cleanliness
Ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and meet the hotel's standards

Monitoring staff
Assisting and monitoring housekeeping employees in their daily tasks, and informing housekeeping managers of any discrepancies

Ensuring guest satisfaction
Ensuring that guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met

Maintaining a positive work environment
Maintaining a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management

Training staff
Ensuring training objectives and development plans are completed, and that all staff are trained to meet and exceed service standards
Qualifications
Experience in Hotel Housekeeping, experience with leading a team and organizing date to day operations.
