Summary :
The position reports to the General Manager and assists the Director of Food and Beverage. Coming in mornings setting up the club house, greeting and assisting members, taking out trash, cleaning and restocking bathrooms, walking the grounds and any other duties as assigned. You are the face of our business giving excellent customer service daily.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Keep facilities spotless
- Deliver an exceptional guest service experience.
- Check court sheets, reservations and court usage to ensure the courts are being signed out by members
- Restock and clean bathrooms, spot clean windows and doors,
- Spot clean gym facility, keep clean towels available to our members
- Be familiar with all events, functions and groups as well as the club, product and surrounding area
- Assisting in billing for club functions and lessons
- Keeping clubhouse decorated for the appropriate season
- Answering questions about billing and directing members to the correct department head
- Checking members in and enforcing our rules and regulations
