Hulsing Enterprises is seeking a qualified Corporate Purchasing Manager
This individual needs to be detail oriented and efficient with the task at hand and will be responsible for high-level duties such as capital planning and purchasing and development of project timelines.
This position will require initiative, judgment, independent decision making, and people service skills. This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Prairie Village, KS.
Job Duties:
- Capital planning and purchasing.
- Material and equipment expediting.
- Project budgeting, purchasing, and management.
- Review of monthly property QA/Maintenance Inspections
- This position is responsible for coordinating with project management field teams.
- This position is responsible for communicating and coordinating with project
- Daily tracking and coordination of order fulfillment and invoice payments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience:
- Experience in Purchasing Management, Project Management, or Hospitality Management is strongly preferred.
- Must possess a sense of urgency and excellent follow through
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
