Position : Student Conduct Manager
The Student Conduct Manager is responsible for the task management of student conduct cases. This role will assist the Sr Director of Student Affairs and Wellness on student conduct, behavior intervention, and personal integrity issues. This position partners with Undergraduate and Postgraduate Academic teams on student behavior and rights in the classroom, and with Student Affairs on matters related to student belonging and wellbeing, appeal resolution, and policy development and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage, track, and resolve issues regarding non-academic student behavioral matters for campus in US
- Manage, track and process appeal requests with appropriate appeal committee
- Serve as member of Title IX staff for student conduct process
- Provide operational tracking for administrative procedures, systems and practices related to student rights and responsibilities
- Assist with outreach initiatives to educate the Hult community on student conduct policies and procedures including presenting workshops, creating brochures, and creating and implementing public relation campaigns.
- Remain current on all regulatory and compliance standards related to area of responsibility
- Analyzes and advise Hult related to legal, compliance and regulatory interpretation within the area of responsibility
- Create and maintain collaborative and productive partnerships across Academics and Student Services administrative systems and services.
- Identify and maintain contact of appropriate off campus resources for students and connect students with these resources
- Evaluate process and procedures and recommend areas of improvement
