IB Field Engineer--Milwaukee, WI(Onsite)

Role: IB Field Data Engineer

Location: Milwaukee, WI(Onsite)

The team developing industry leading X-ray generation subsystems (i.e. tubes and generators) is looking for highly motivated engineers to join them in the efforts to monitor and maintain the large installed base of the imaging scanners that use this X-ray generation subsystem in the field.
You will be working on field data gathering and processing to support field escalations as well product quality surveillance and improvement.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Installed base and field service engineering teams to gather and analyze field failure data necessary to effectively monitor and identify product quality improvement.
Lead field failure data collection and cleansing of X-Ray Tubes and generators in the Installed Base.
Connect with service field engineers to gather product failures information.
Review product machine data and service records to support classification of the field failure mode as well as root cause analysis (RCA).

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in engineering, Science or related area
Competence with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiarity with SQL, visualization tools (E.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong technical knowledge
Hands on experience on Advance excel, VBA, Python, MS Access,
Previous experience in a customer service role chat/email/voice
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated
Strong attention to detail.
