JOB OBJECTIVES As Procurement & Administrative Coordinator , the successful candidate will a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Irving (TX) Office team as a Procurement, Administration, and Facilities Coordinator. This role will be responsible for overseeing procurement processes, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage company travel bookings efficiently.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Procurement
- Ensure The Procurement Policy and guidelines are consistently applied across the Organization activities.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, equipment, and services in line with the procurement policy.
- Draft Consultancy Contracts when required
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies and manage stock levels.
