Position Overview:

Your presence is crucial to our success as you represent the welcoming face of our coffee shop, ensuring each customer is greeted with a warm smile and served top-notch beverages. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to customers
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of drinks and food items
• Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing excellent customer service
• Operate coffee brewing and espresso equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and washing dishes
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately
• Assist with inventory and product organization
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and positive work environment
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, upbeat attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft
• Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays (flexible scheduling available)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
