Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Production Worker to join our team in manufacturing small components used for surgical tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision manufacturing and a strong commitment to quality. This role involves operating specialized machinery, assembling intricate parts, and ensuring that all products meet stringent medical device standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain specialized machinery for the production of small components used in surgical tools.
- Assemble and inspect precision components to ensure they meet strict quality and dimensional specifications.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings to produce high-quality products.
- Conduct quality control checks and measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other inspection equipment.
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment to comply with medical device manufacturing standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Record production data, including quantities, material usage, and any defects or issues encountered during the process.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any product non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements specific to medical device manufacturing.
