Overview

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Food Production and warehouse management, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily team operations in food packing and manufacturing
• Lead and train warehouse staff on best practices and safety procedures
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Perform regular quality checks to maintain high standards
• Manage mechanical equipment and ensure proper maintenance
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management, with a focus on Food Packing operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
• Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
• Experience with process improvement initiatives is a plus
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance tasks
  
  

Shift: 530am to 230pm, Monday-Saturday

Pay: $22-$28 DOE
