Your Role as a Lead Nurse:
As the Lead Nurse, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering innovative therapies and exceptional care, including IV Drip Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and more. You’ll also play a pivotal role in leading a team, shaping the store culture, and driving the mission to help people feel better and do more of what they love.
Responsibilities Include:
Administering IV Drips and Injections, and conducting wellness consultations.
Managing medical operations, inventory, and compliance.
Engaging clients with personalized education about wellness modalities.
Building a team-oriented, high-energy store environment.
Supporting community outreach and off-site wellness events.
What You Bring:
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years in acute care (ER, ICU, Med-Surg).
BLS-certified and experienced in administering injections.
Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team building.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Dedication to a high standard of ethics and client care.
