Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Market CFO in developing and implementing strategic financial plans that align with company goals.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and review regulatory reports to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
- Monitor profit and loss statements, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
- Manage revenue cycle processes to enhance cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables.
- Supervise accounting staff as needed, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial pitfalls and recommend mitigation strategies.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- 5 plus years experience in For-Profit Hospital
- 3 plus years experience in leadership and Supervisory.
- Strong background in strategic planning and business analysis.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
