As a key member of the Superintendent’s leadership team, the Director of Human Resources plays a critical role in ensuring that the district attracts, retains, and supports top-tier educators and staff. We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and adaptable professional who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring that HR systems and practices are efficient, transparent, and aligned with the district’s commitment to student success. The Director will provide strategic leadership and management of all aspects of infrastructure, policies, programs, and systems related to the District's workforce in collaboration with their human resources colleagues and the district's leadership team. Working closely with the Assistant Superintendent, they will provide expertise and guidance in all areas of human resources to support the district's strategic goals and mission. Through innovative, technically adept and data driven practices, the Director will be responsible for strengthening HR systems and procedures and for ensuring continuous improvement in strategic and focused HR outcomes.
