This position is responsible for creating, leading, supporting, and executing the maintenance operational plans at the Shavings & Pellet Mill. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance team in developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Drive efficiency improvements in line with lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing maintenance team.
