You will play a crucial part in ensuring that all computer systems and peripheral devices are functioning optimally.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for desktop and laptop computers, focusing on Intel-based systems.
- Address issues with peripheral devices and ensure seamless operation.
- Conduct computer assembly, hardware repair, and basic networking tasks.
- Install and troubleshoot operating systems and application software.
- Work both on-site and in a stationary environment to resolve technical issues efficiently.
