What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Human Castle Executive Search?
Due to exponential growth, Human Castle is assisting global manufacturing powerhouse in the Southtowns in the hiring of several Maintenance Technician across several shifts. These are high visibility roles with excellent room for growth and advancement. The average yearly compensation for this role can exceeds $70K. The position comes with excellent benefits and 401K as well.
The hired incumbent will demonstrate electrical/mechanical experience in addition to working with mechanical and hydraulic systems as well as electrical systems.
Required:
- 2 years of electrical/mechanical experience
Preferred:
- 2 years of experience in a face-paced manufacturing setting
- 2 years of experience troubleshooting PLCs
- PLC programming experience is a HUGE plus!
- AA degree in Electro Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or some other type of technical area directly related to the general maintenance field.
