Job Title: Human Resources Executive Assistant (Part Time)

Goal:
To provide administrative and technical assistance to HDC directors and staff as required.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational abilities and ability to master technology. The ability to effectively communicate via verbal and written correspondence. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Expert using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to manage time and prioritize work and have a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Solid commitment to customer and employee service a must.
Supervised by: Clinical Director
Responsibilities:
· Maintains employee personnel records, files, and databases in line with company policies and government regulations, including Medicaid Waiver Handbook and HIPPA.
· General knowledge and understanding of standards associated with Medicaid, APD, HIPPA and client rights to ensure compliance.
· Complete and maintain all background checks with if required timelines.
· Complete licensing packets and all inspections to maintain HDC service certifications and licenses
· Coordinates attendance at conferences and external events for HDC staff
· Maintains records and facilitates training schedules for all HDC employees. Ensures staff complete and maintain all required training.
· Provides weekly summary of all HR related information and training spreadsheet to Directors. Updates Directors regarding any compliance challenges.
· Maintains employee leave information within the company database and provides reports to applicable managers.
· Maintains employment resumes, applicant forms, and logs and sends applicable employment applicant letters as required.
· Schedule appointments and any additional follow up for Clinical Director.
· Answers inquiries from inside/outside the company on employment verifications, benefit claims, and job openings.
· Assists with organizing, arranging, and completing of all agency fundraising and holiday events and activities.
· Assist with training and implementation of agency technology and provide technical assistance as needed for HDC equipment.

Education:
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
